"That's supported by all the evidence at the scene" She waited an hour after her daughter had been shot in the chest to take her to a hospital.And she's accused of lying to police about what happened.Now the 24-year-old mother of the wounded 7-year-old girl is in jail, along with her boyfriend.The girl is in critical condition at Wesley Medical Center.Wichita police said Thursday that the woman arrived at Wesley Medical Center with her daughter about 7 p.m. Wednesday.She told police her daughter was shot when they went to take the trash out to the Dumpster at Somerset Apartments, 2029 N.
